  • We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For weddings, larger events, and busy seasons, booking 2–6 months ahead is encouraged. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

  • Delivery and setup are included within our local service area. Events outside our standard delivery radius may incur an additional travel fee. We'll provide a delivery quote before your booking is confirmed.

  • Absolutely! You'll customize your Mobile Cake Bar by selecting your preferred cake flavors, buttercream flavors, drizzles, and toppings from our available menu. We work with you to create a menu that's perfect for your event.

  • Yes! We offer custom touches to help match your event, including themed décor, custom signage, branded stickers, personalized cake tins, coordinating utensils and napkins, and more. Let us know your vision, and we'll create a package that's uniquely yours.

  • Yes, we offer gluten-free options upon request. While we take every precaution, all desserts are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • No problem! We can accommodate larger events. Contact us for a custom quote, and we'll work with you to create a package that fits your guest count and event needs.

  • Yes! If you'd love the mini cakes but don't need the interactive cart, we also offer beautifully packaged mini cakes that are perfect for dessert tables, party favors, corporate events, and celebrations.

  • Our Mobile Cake Bar typically requires an area of approximately 8' × 8' to allow enough room for the cart, guest flow, and setup. If your venue has space limitations, let us know and we'll work with you.

  • Our standard service includes up to 2 hours of interactive cake bar service. Additional service time can be added when booking.
